Pints for a Purpose Committee

Pints for a Purpose is the community service and charitable giving committee for Beer Drinkers of America.

The committee focuses on finding ways for BDOA members and Chapters to give back to their communities while bringing people together around a good cause.

The goal is to create meaningful projects that members can actually participate in – both locally and across the organization.

What Pints for a Purpose Works On

Pints for a Purpose can help organize and support things like:

• Food drives
• Toy drives
• Blood drives
• Charity fundraisers
• Community service projects
• Donation campaigns
• Benefit events
• Partnerships with local charities and nonprofit organizations
• National BDOA charitable initiatives

The committee also helps develop ideas that Chapters can use in their own communities.

How It Works

Pints for a Purpose meets throughout the year to discuss potential projects, plan upcoming initiatives, and help coordinate charitable efforts across BDOA.

Members can help by bringing forward causes, developing project ideas, helping organize events, or simply volunteering their time when opportunities come up.

You do not need to be a Chapter President or hold another leadership position to participate. You just need to be a BDOA member who wants to help the organization make a positive impact.
