The Beer Drinkers of America Charleston/Huntington WV Chapter is taking over Frank’s Place in Barboursville, WV on Sunday, September 27 for a full afternoon of beer pong, cash prizes, side games, football, food, and good times.

Tournament Details

Date: Sunday, September 27, 2026
Check-In / Tournament Start: 1:00 PM
Location: Frank’s Place – Barboursville, WV
Format: Pool Play β†’ Double Elimination
Maximum: 64 Teams
Guaranteed Games: 4 games per team
Age: 21+ ONLY

Each team will play 2 pool play games to determine seeding. After pool play, every team will move into a double-elimination bracket.

That means every team is guaranteed at least 4 games.

Team Entry

Early Registration: $25 per team
Week Of / Day Of Registration: $40 per team

Only 64 team spots are available.

Cash Prizes

The $500 first-place prize is guaranteed when we reach at least 30 paid teams.

If fewer than 30 teams register, prize payouts will be adjusted based on the final number of paid teams. Second- and third-place payouts will also be determined by the final tournament size.
