Beer Thinkers Committee

Beer Thinkers is the ideas, strategy, and development committee for Beer Drinkers of America.

The committee brings BDOA members together to discuss what we’re doing, what we could be doing better, and where the organization should go next.

The goal isn’t just to come up with ideas — it’s to help turn good ideas into actual projects, programs, and improvements for BDOA.

What Beer Thinkers Works On

Beer Thinkers can help with things like:

• New events, programs, and competitions
• Improving the BDOA member experience
• Ideas for Chapters and local involvement
• Membership growth and engagement
• Improving how BDOA operates
• Reviewing existing programs and identifying what could be better
• Developing new ways for members to get involved
• Turning member ideas into actionable projects

The committee can discuss anything that could help make Beer Drinkers of America better, stronger, and more valuable to its members.

How It Works

Beer Thinkers meets throughout the year to discuss ideas, provide feedback, and work on projects.

Members are encouraged to bring new ideas to the table, challenge existing ideas when appropriate, and help develop solutions — not just point out problems.

You do not need to be a Chapter President or hold another leadership position to participate. You just need to be a BDOA member who wants to contribute and help build the organization.
