Trivia – Online Every Friday, With Monthly Prizes!
BDOA Weekly Trivia
Fellow Beer Drinkers, I’m happy to announce that every Friday we will be hosting Trivia for our members!
Every Friday, members will get five questions to answer through our Instagram and Facebook stories. With rotating monthly themes, a running scoreboard, and exclusive prizes on the line, this isn’t just trivia — it’s a full-on competition for bragging rights and limited-edition BDOA gear.
Whether you’re a master of obscure facts, a beer knowledge junkie, or just in it for the laughs, you’ve got a shot at topping the leaderboard. Each question gives you a chance to climb the rankings, and only members can win.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how it works, how to participate, and current scores.

How to Play:
Each Friday, five trivia questions will be posted to our Instagram and Facebook stories. These questions will align with a unique theme chosen each month.
To participate:
- Watch for the questions in our Instagram and Facebook stories every Friday.
- Submit your answers using the question box feature in the story.
- Send your BDOA member number with your answers through a direct message or include it with your answer submission.
You’ll earn points for each correct answer, and your name will be added to the monthly scoreboard to let you know where you stand.
Scoring:
The scoring system is simple, but every point counts.
- Each correct answer is worth 1 point.
- Bonus points may be awarded for funny or clever wrong answers.
- If your incorrect guess makes me laugh, you just might score an extra point.
- You can earn a maximum of 5 points per week (plus bonuses if applicable).
Scores will be tracked throughout the month, and I will post updated rankings on our socials and here by the end of each weekend.
Monthly Themes:
I will feature a new trivia theme each month. I will announce the themes at the beginning of the month, and all five questions each week will follow that theme. The first four themes are:
- 4th of July
- Beer History
- USA!
- History of BDOA

Prizes and Leaderboards
This isn’t just for fun — I’m keeping score, and handing out prizes for the top scores!
Monthly Winner
- At the end of each month, the member with the highest total score will win a trivia exclusive prize.
- These prizes are exclusive BDOA items like:
- Limited-edition hats
- One-of-a-kind gear
- Custom merch that can only be earned through trivia
- Winners will be announced at the start of the following month on Instagram, Facebook, and this page.
Year-End Grand Prize
- Points earned each month count toward your total annual score.
- The member with the most points at the end of the year will win the BDOA Trivia Grand Prize.
- We’ll reveal details of the grand prize later in the year — but it will be one-of-a-kind and worth the effort.
Rules and Eligibility
Anyone can play — followers, fans, and trivia lovers alike are welcome to join in each week. However, only official BDOA members with a valid member number are eligible to win prizes. If you’re not a member yet, you’re still invited to participate for fun — but you’ll need to join to claim any rewards.
Here’s what you need to know:
- You must be a BDOA member to win prizes.
- You must submit your member number when answering.
- Members can play each week — even if they miss one, they can jump back in at any time.
- You have 24 hours to submit your answers after each story is posted.
