Return Policy – BDOA

At Beer Drinkers of America, we want to keep you as happy as a cold beer on a Friday does. We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned when purchasing something. To help keep the foam from bubbling over, here is our return policy.

1. Merchandise and Clothing Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return items within 15 days of receiving them.

• We offer returns on merchandise and clothing within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@beerdrinkersofamerica.org. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

2. Custom-Made Membership Cards

Our BDOA cards are custom made and can not be reused. As such, we do not offer returns. That being said, we are open to discussing the problem with you over a cold one. Maybe we can come to a solution that works for everyone!

• Custom-made membership cards are not eligible for standard returns.
• However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are willing to discuss possible solutions with you. If you have any concerns about your custom-made membership card, please reach out to us at contact@beerdrinkersofamerica.org.

3. Refunds

Your happiness is important to us, and we aim to process refunds quickly once we receive and inspect your returned items.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
• Want something else after your return? Let us know and we will see if we can pour up a fresh discount for ya!

4. Shipping Costs

Please be aware that return shipping costs are your responsibility. We want to ensure transparency in all aspects of our return process.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
